Shipping + Returns
Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-2 regular business days for processing.
An e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of check out. The e-mail notification will include your tracking information and parcel provider. Please note: we do not ship to third parties, P.O. Boxes, and/or APO/FPO addresses.
At the moment, we do not ship outside of the US.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Click the Returns link in your order confirmation email or go to this link to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
You will receive your refund within 5-10 days depending on your bank.

For defective items
If a product purchased is defective customer shall contact Nuele via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt of product. In order to process its request, the customer shall provide a detailed description of the defect, pictures if possible and the original order number. Nuele will replace the defective item or item’s part (ie.pump) at no charge. Nuele reserves the right to pick up any defective products from the customer to further investigate the defects in question.
Not satisfied with the product
If a customer is unsatisfied with a purchase, customer shall contact Nuele via email at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of product. Nuele will offer the customer a full refund on the purchase. Nuele reserves the right to pick up any products from the customer that are deemed unsatisfactory.
For missing items in an order
If a customer received incorrect items in their order, customer shall contact Nuele via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt of the order. Nuele will send out the correct products immediately, and reserves the right to pick up the products that were sent in error in order to have them returned back to the company.
